General

How much wrapping paper do I get on a roll?

Each wrapping paper roll measures 17" x 120." Please note these are smaller in width than a regular roll of paper.

We love these rolls not only for ease of use, but also not having tons of wrapping paper left over that you have to try to use the next year!

Does your paper tear easily?

When we designed our paper, we made sure to keep both quality and usability in mind. We think it's the perfect weight! Heavy enough to look and feel amazing and yet still be able to tear the paper when opening a gift. No one likes to have to gently unfold paper off of a gift!

Does your paper have gridlines?

Yes! All of our paper has gridlines on the back for easy cutting!

How do preorders work?

If you order an item marked preorder, it will ship on or before the date listed. If you order additional items in the same order with a preorder item, all items will be held until all items are ready to ship.

How do I know when I will receive my preorder?

All items that are listed as preorder will have a ship by date listed. In the unordinary event that the date changes, we will notify you by email about a change in ship date.

Do you offer gift wrap services?

We do not offer gift wrap services at this time.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the United States only at this time.

What is the shipping cost?

All orders ship via USPS or UPS and have a flat fee of $6.99. Orders over $75 ship free.

How long does shipping take?

Your order is packaged and shipped within an estimated 2 to 3 business days unless one or more items in your order is stated as a preorder. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are packaged and shipped by us, from our store in Iowa.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

I put the wrong address on my order. How do I change it?

Please email us as soon as possible at support@trimandtwine.com. Please note we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding lost orders due to a wrong address entered at checkout.

I placed two orders and would like to combine them for shipping. Is that possible?

Please email support@trimandtwine.com as soon as possible. Please note, it isn't always possible to combine orders, but we do our best to accommodate if we can!

What should I do if my package is lost?

If you have a package that you believe is lost or has shown as delivered and you did not receive it, please first reach out to your local USPS or UPS (depending on how the item was shipped).

If they are unable to help you, please email us at support@trimandtwine.com. Please email us within 7 days of the delivery date for any lost/stolen packages.

Please note we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Returns

Can I return an item?

If you need to return your item for any reason you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please make sure the item you wish to return is in the original packaging and email us with your name and order number to:
